Alabama Bill of Sale

A bill of sale is not required when transferring a vehicle. However, that does not mean that this document does not carry with it special importance. By incorporating the names, the addresses and the signatures of both parties, as well as a clear and in-depth description of the vehicle, the bill of sale serves as a second form of proof that the transaction took place and was agreed upon by both people in the sale. In addition to all of the mentioned information, the final sale price must be documented. This is especially the case if the car title does not feature the cost of the vehicle.
