Alabama Traffic Laws
Traffic laws are hardly the same when you go from state to state. If you were to take a few moments to examine each and every driving-related law that the state of Alabama boasts, you'd notice that some of them are a stark contrast to those upheld by the rest of the country. Though, that is not to say that there are no parallels whatsoever. Texting and driving, for example, has been made illegal in the state, just as it has been in many neighboring locations. Helmet regulations, however, can be seen as a tad different. While helmet visors are not required for motorcycle owners in Alabama, a helmet with an exterior and shatterproof shell, chinstrap, impact-resistant padding and a supportive cradle is absolutely necessary.
